Tomato Sauce Bolognese Veggie

The product is obtained from various fresh mixed vegetables such as carrots, onions and celery, grown, hand-picked in our cooperative’s lands and transported in a few hours to our factory. They are then washed, cut into cubes and cooked in extra virgin olive oil. Then, when the fresh tomato puree has been added, the product is packaged, closed with the lid, pasteurized and cooled.

Tomato Sauce with Basil

To prepare this product we lightly cook the garlic in the oil, then we add the tomato puree and fresh basil, we pack it, pasteurise and we cool down it. The products are cultivated and harvested by hand in the cooperative lands, transported within a few hours into the plant.

Tomato Sauce with Eggplants

The product is obtained from eggplants cultivated and harvested by hand in our lands, transported in a few hours in the plant, washed, cut into cubes, lightly cooked in oil and onion, then added tomato sauce and aromas, packed, encapsulated, pasteurized and cooled.

Tomato Sauce with Peppers

The product is obtained from peppers, cultivated and harvested by hand in the cooperative lands, transported in a few hours in the plant, washed, cut into cubes, lightly cooked in oil and onion, then added tomato sauce and aromas, packed, encapsulated, pasteurized and cooled.
