The tomato sauce with eggplants of Prima bio is produced with organic eggplants from our vegetable garden and with round tomatoes (Delfo type) cultivated in our farms a few kilometers from the Gargano National Park, in the province of Foggia. Harvested in July, August and September at the right degree of ripening, our tomatoes and eggplants are processed within the day to preserve flavors, scents and nutritional properties. From the field to the processing, the organoleptic qualities of tomatoes and eggplants used are continually checked and verified to give you the best taste. Our sauce with eggplants is ready to eat, you can use it with pasta and you will prepare delicious main courses.
